Prayer:Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the appointment of the petitioner as Noon Meal Organizer in the third respondent's TDTA Primary School, Avudaiyanoor, Tenkasi District, under the jurisdiction of the 2nd respondent Office based on the petitioner's application dated 30.09.2020 within the period stipulated by this Court.

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to consider the appointment of the petitioner as Noon Meal Organizer in the third respondent's TDTA Primary School, Auvdaiyanoor, Tenkasi District, under the jurisdiction of the 2nd respondent Office, based on the petitioner's application dated 30.09.2020 within the period stipulated by this Court.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the first respondent has called for the application to fill up the post of Noon Meal Organizer, Helpers and Cooks on 26.09.2020. Accordingly, the petitioner has made an application on 30.09.2020 to the post of Noon Meal Organizer in the third respondent School. However, till date, no order has been passed. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice, if the respondents are directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner, dated 30.09.2020, on merits and in accordance with law, within a specified period.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 has no serious objection for such an order being passed by this Court.

5. Though notice has been served to the third respondent, there is no representation for the 3rd respondent.

Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's application, dated 30.09.2020 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
