ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.121 of 2021, on the file of the respondent and file a Final Report within a stipulated time. 2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.121 of 2021, on the file of the second respondent herein. A case has been registered for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 420 and 468 IPC, on the basis of a direction issued by the Judicial Magistrate, Papanasam in Cr.M.P No.879 of 2021.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation will be completed and Final Report will be filed within a period of four months.

4.Recording the undertaking given by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation and file Final Report https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10861 of 2021 before the concerned Court, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After filing the Final Report, compliance Report must be submitted to the Registry of this Court.
