This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner to relax the condition imposed on him by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.5997 of 2024, dated 26.04.2024.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this petition is allowed and the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No.5997 of 2024 is relaxed.
