Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to execute the Zonal Deputy Tahsildar, Singampunari, Sivagangai District's order vide Na.Ka.No.M5/10135/2016, dated 03.02.2015, to evict the encroachment of "Asbestos Sheet Corridor" put up in Survey No.211/8, to an extent of 0.0015 sq.meter out of the whole extent of 00.45 sq.meter width of public common pathway within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court. *********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The alleged encroacher is not a party to the Writ Petition. We, therefore, do not find any reason to entertain the Writ Petition.

2. The Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition, after impleading the encroacher. No costs.
