ORDER

The order impugned in this writ petition is appealable. When I indicated that the writ petitioner has to exhaust the appeal remedy, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, sought permission to withdraw the petition. This writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is further stated that within ten days, the petitioner will move to the appellate authority. The appellate authority is directed to dispose of the appeal to be filed by the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months after it is filed. No costs.
