Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to remove the encroachments made in Ollanur Kanmai situated in Ollanur Village, Manamelkudi Taluk, Pudukkottai District within a time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner wants the encroachments made in Ollanur Kanmai to be removed. No exception can be taken to the said request. 3.In fact, when one of the encroachers filed W.P.(MD)No.19818 of 2021, the same was dismissed by granting six months to vacate. The said period is also over. The authorities cannot have any justification for delaying the removal of encroachments.

4.The writ petition is allowed. No costs.
