The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 498(A) and 506(ii) of IPC., in Crime No.14 of 2022 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that now the petitioner and the second respondent/defacto complainant have settled the dispute among themselves and now they are living together happily. Therefore, the petitioner does not apprehend for any arrest at the hands of the respondent.
