ORDER

The petitioner seeks for transfer of investigation, in Crime No. 191 of 2025 on the file of the 3rd respondent to some other investigating officer or to some other impartial investigation agency.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that after completion of investigation, the final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Melur and the case was taken on file in S.T.C.No.1089 of 2025.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to file a petition under Section 173(8) Cr.P.C/193(9) BNSS for further investigation.
