This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent herein to initiate appropriate criminal action under the relevant provisions of law on the basis of the complaint dated 22.04.2022 lodged before the respondent herein.

2.Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) takes notice for the respondent. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the respondent police is ready to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 22.04.2022. 4.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 22.04.2022 and pass appropriate orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
