This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Special Judge (Special Court constituted under Schedule Caste and the Scheduled Tribes Prevention of Atrocities Act, 1989), Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District, to consider and dispose of the bail application of the petitioner on the date of his surrender, in Crime No.48 of 2025, on the file of the 1st respondent.
