This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records on the file of the respondent pertaining to its order of suspension bearing proceedings No.E1/6590-2-2017 dated 16-06-2017 and to quash the same. 2.Heard Mr.S.C.Herold Singh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.K.Baskara Pandian, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent submits that the impugned order of suspension dated 16.06.2017 in No.E1/6590-2/2017 passed by the respondent has been revoked by proceedings in br.K.Miz.vz;.6590/2017/g1 dated 02.11.2017.

4.Recording the same as nothing survives for adjudication, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.(MD) Nos.17325 & 10551 of 2017 are closed.
