PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to make appropriate entries in the Encumbrance Certificate and related records in respect of the petitioners property, in compliance with the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.15287 of 2023, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 30.01.2025, within a time frame fixed by this Court. ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to make appropriate entries in the Encumbrance Certificate and related records in respect of the petitioners property, 1/4

in compliance with the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.15287 of 2023, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 30.01.2025, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2.Earlier the respondents had passed an order in Na.Ka.No. 1885/E5/2022, dated 28.02.2023. After considering the said order, this Court has quashed the above said order on 29.08.2024, in W.P.(MD)No.15287 of 2023. However, the respondents have not complied with the order in entirity by making entries in the encumbrance certificate. Hence, the present writ petition is filed to make entries in the encumbrance certificate.

3.This Court is directing the respondents to make entries in the encumbrance certificate in the light of the order, dated 29.08.2024, passed in W.P. (MD)No.15287 of 2023 within a period of one week. 4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
