ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 457 and 380 of I.P.C., in Crime No.43 of 2021 and Sections 454, 457 and 380 of I.P.C. in Crime No.54 of 2021 and Sections 457 and 380 of I.P.C. in Crime No.57 of 2021 and Sections 454, 457 and 380 of I.P.C. in Crime No.83 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. The petitioner's earlier petition for anticipatory bail was dismissed on 11.06.2021. There is no change in circumstance. These criminal original petitions are dismissed. It is for the petitioner to surrender and take regular bail.
