The petitioner seeks representation dated 30.01.2025, to be disposed of. Insofar as the subject survey number, the patta stands in the name of the petitioner's father.
2.In view of the same, the first respondent with the assistance of the second respondent shall proceed to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 30.01.2025, for survey and demarcation, in accordance with law and on merits within a period of sixteen [16] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
