Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to provide medical service by reopen the Government primary Health Sub Centre in Achambatti, Vidathikulam and Melakottai in Tirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District with adequate number of health staff, consequently to direct the respondents to provide 24 hours medical service with Ambulance service by repairing the ambulance in Government Kallikudi Primary Health Centre, Tirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District.
