ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam to dispose of the case in C.C.No.95 of 2017 within a time frame. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the second respondent and the petitioner used to go to TELC Church situated at Magils Road, Dindigul and the second respondent gave a false promise to get job in TELC Church and demanded a sum of Rs.3,00,000/-. Accordingly, the petitioner has given a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- as advance. However, the second respondent failed to do so and thereby the second respondent cheated the petitioner. On complaint given by the petitioner, a case was registered in Crime No.21 of 2015 and final report has also been filed during the year 2015 and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.

95 of 2017 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam. He would further submit that the petitioner was cheated by the second respondent and prayed for speedy disposal of the case in C.C.No.95 of 2017. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that there are totally nine witnesses in this case and the case has been posted on 21.01.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.

Magistrate, Uthamapalayam to conclude the trial in C.C.No.95 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible.
