PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.802 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 5, 7(3) of the Lotteries Regulation Act 1998 in Crime No.802 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused persons illegally sold banned lotteries. Hence, the case. 3.Heard both sides and perused the materials available in the record.

CRL OP(MD)No.9341 of 2023 4.It is seen that this is third petition for anticipatory bail and previous petition was dismissed by this Court on the ground that the petitioner involved in six previous cases. There is no change in circumstances. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed with cost of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees Five Thousand only) payable by the petitioner to the credit of Legal Services Authority, attached to this Bench.
