[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to call for records relating to the rejection order passed by the second respondent on 10.01.2017 in proceedings 02/Se.Mu/Ka.thu.ka.E./2017 and quash the same. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.It is averred in the petition that the petitioner has given a representation for conducting Kabadi tournament. But the same has been rejected by the second respondent on 10.01.2017 by way of passing the impugned order and in order to quash the same, the present petition has been filed.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has contended to the effect that only due to law and order problem, the representation has been rejected. 4.Considering the reason given in the impugned order, this Court is inclined to pass the following order. 5.In fine, this Writ Petition is allowed without cost. The impugned order dated 10.01.2017 passed in 02/Se.Mu/Ka.thu.ka.E./2017 by the second respondent is quashed. The second respondent is directed to reconsider the representation and also directed to take appropriate steps for conducting kabadi tournament in future. Consequently, WMP(MD)No.1134 of 2017 is closed.
