ORDER
The petitioner herein was selected for the post of Grade II Police Constable and was found unfit in medical examination. Hence, his candidature was rejected. Aggrieved by that, the present writ petition is filed seeking direction of this Court to refer the petitioner to a competent Medical Board to assess the physical fitness of the petitioner based on the petitioner's representation dated 27.10.2017 made to the first respondent. 2.It is now stated by the learned Additional Government Pleader that pursuant to the representation given by the writ petitioner herein and the consequential direction given by this Court in W.P. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
(MD) No.18054 of 2018 the first respondent has already directed the Director of Medical Education to constitute the Medical Board for physical examination of the petitioner. The day of medical examination has also been communicated to the respective candidates including the writ petitioner herein.
3.In the light of the above fact, nothing survives in this writ petition. Taking note of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the writ petitioner that already selected candidates are supposed to undergo training programme, which is to be commenced on 2nd December 2018, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the report of the second Medical Board and pass appropriate orders before 2nd December 2018. Since this Court has also fixed time to constitute the Medical Board and two weeks has been granted for the Medical Board to submit the report for consideration, there is no necessity for any further direction to the same effect. 4.With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
