PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.208 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 17.03.2023 for the offence punishable under Sections 366 of IPC and sections 5(l) and 6 of POCSO Act in crime No.208 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner herein had kidnapped the minor girl and committed penetrative sexual assault on the minor victim girl and also threatened her with dire consequences , hence the case.

4. Taking into consideration the serious offence committed by the petitioner this Court had already dismissed the petition filed by the petitioner on 18.04.2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.7139 of 2023.
