PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.95 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner /A1 who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 01.04.2023 for the offences under sections 454 and 380 of IPC in Crime No.95 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner said to have robbed 10 sovereigns of gold chain from the defacto complainant, hence the case.

4. Taking into consideration the bad antecedents of the petitioner this Court had already dismissed the petition filed by the petitioner on 27.04.2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.8040 of 2023. Further even after the dismissal of the earlier petition there is no change in circumstances of the case to consider the present petition, hence the petition stands dismissed.
