PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the fourth respondent proceedings in Na.Ka.A2/1772/2017, dated 28.06.2017 and quash the same as illegal, consequently direct the fourth respondent herein to call for the fresh tenders and follow the Rules and Regulations and record the same in CCTV Camera.

2.In view of the above submissions, this writ petition is dismissed as Infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.

3.The fourth respondent is directed to receive the deposits from all the depositors and permit them to participate in the tender process.
