ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption"for extension of time" and earlier order of this court dated 30.11.2022, and a requisition letter submitted by the Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri, vide D.No.116/2024, dated 23.01.2024, this Court made the following order:

This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in D.V.C.No.5 of 2021.

2.This Court already disposed of the Civil Revision Petition by order dated 30.11.2022 and directed the trial Court to dispose of the case in D.V.C.No.5 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri, within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Thereafter, it was extended. Now the learned Judicial Magistrate, requests further time to dispose of the said case. 3.Considering the reasons assigned by the learned Judicial Magistrate, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, two months time is granted for disposing D.V.C.No.5 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2/3
