The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider his representation dated 29.06.2017. 2.Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, by the first respondent, on merits and in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law. 5.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner and the submissions of the learned counsels, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 29.06.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
