Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the Subordinate Court, Kulithalai to dispose of the petition in O.S. No.148 of 2015 pending on the file of the learned Subordinate Court, Kulithalai within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER:- This Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption "for extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier Order of this Court in C.R.P.(MD). No.1120 of 2021, dated 18/08/2021, and requisition letter submitted by the Subordinate Judge, Kulithalai vide letter D.No.1789/2022, dated 16/11/2022, this Court made the following order:

The learned Subordinate Judge, Kulithalai sent a letter dated 16.11.2022, requesting extension of further time of six months to dispose of OS.No.148 of 2015 pursuant to the order of this Court dated 18.08.2021.

2.Considering the reasons stated in the above said letter a further time of six months is granted from today to dispose of OS.No.148 of 2015.
