COMMON ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 379 IPC in Crime Nos.215 and 216 of 2021, respectively seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 18.07.2021, some unknown persons had stolen iron rods and tiles worth about Rs.70,000/-. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he is falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the petitioner had stolen the articles. He would further submit that one case of similar nature is pending against the petitioner.

5. Since the petitioner is having one case of similar in nature, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petition.
