RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner vide order dt.10/12/2021 made in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.10835 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.16145 of 2021 on the file of this Honourable Court in so far as the petitioners reporting before the respondent police monthly once at 10.30 A.M.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.H.MOHAMMED IMRAN, Advocate for M/S.AJMAL ASSOCIATES for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD).No.10835 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.16145 of 2021 dated 10.12.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

CRL MP(MD) No.7440 of 2022 4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD).No.10835 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16145 of 2021 dated 10.12.2021 is modified to that effect the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in three months, till the completion of investigation.
