PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the 1st respondent to release the petitioner's vehicl, viz, Bajaj Pulsar NS 160 two wheeler, bearing registration No.TN65BY4615 and to hand over the same to the petitioner forthwith.

ORDER

Expressing over non returning of the vehicle to the petitioner, this petition has been filed.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that now investigation of Regional Transport Officer is over and the property is not returned to the petitioner so far.

3. The above said property shall be returned to the petitioner, after completion of official formalities within a week from the date of receipt of copy of this order, for which, the petitioner must produce all the relevant documents before the concerned authority.

4. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
