*********** [Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] This writ petition has been filed for directing removal of the encroachments said to have been made by the third respondent. The writ petitioner has given a representation dated 31.03.2017 in this regard.

three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Notice shall be given to the alleged encroacher. The second respondent must follow due process of law.
