ORDER

(Order of this Court was made by S.SRIMATHY, J.) The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to initiate action as against the fifth respondent for production of bogus community certificate at the time of joining of his service.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is reported that the fifth respondent has already retired on attaining the age of superannuation on 30.04.2025. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present Writ Petition. Hence, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
