ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to give adequate police protection to survey the land in Survey No.305/2C, situated at Mullakadu Village, Thoothukudi District, by considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 25.04.2022. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the third respondent herein along with henchmen causing hindrance to survey the land in S.No.305/2C situated at Mullakadu Village, Thoothukudi District. Hence, the petitioner sent a representation, dated 25.04.2022. But, till now no action has been taken. Therefore, this petition has been filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police is ready to consider the representation.

5.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation, dated 25.04.2022 and provide adequate protection for surveying the land in S.No.305/2C, situated at Mullakadu Village, 6.With the said direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
