This Writ petition is filed for issuing a Writ of Mandamus seeking a direction to the directing the respondents to enquire and prosecute against the third respondent and his wife and other culprits based on petitioner's complaint, dated 08.05.2017, pending in reference No.G3/18/2017 on file of the first respondent forwarded to the second respondent at the earliest. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and

the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader on instructions submitted that petition enquiry was conducted, and after conducting preliminary enquiry, the case was closed on 30.06.2017.

4. Recording the said submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy as available in law. No costs.
