ORDER

The prayer in the writ petition is to complete the proceedings in O.A.No. 16 of 2024. The writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage without 1/4

notice to the second respondent. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter.

2. When the matter came up for admission, the learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the proceedings will be concluded if six months time is granted.

3. In view thereof, this Writ Petition is disposed of on the following terms:

The first respondent shall complete the proceedings in O.A.No.16 of 2024 and pass final orders thereon in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a web copy of the order. No costs.
