Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the respondent herein in his proceedings in No 7901/VIG/891804/2022 dated 25.05.2022 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondent to permit the petitioner allow to retire from service on the date of his superannuation i.e. 30.06.2022 and pay all the retirement monetary benefits.
