ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing, the earlier order of this Court dated 18.05.2023 and a letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level, Thanjavur in D.No. 757/2023, dated 12.12.2023, seeking for extension of three months to dispose the S.T.C. No. 85 of 2022, this Court made the following order:

The learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level, Thanjavur by letter dated 12.12.2023, requested further time of three months to dispose of the case in S.T.C.No.85 of 2022.

Considering the aforesaid request, time is extended for a further period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to comply with the order passed by this Court, dated 18.05.2023 and report compliance.
