ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to conduct further investigation in Crime No.65 of 2025. 2.When this petition has been taken up for hearing, a representation has been made seeking adjournment, however, the learned Counsel, who represents before this Court is unaware on whose behalf he represents. Another learned Counsel represents through video-conferencing, however, he could not be connected properly. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondents submits that this case in Crime No.65 of 2025 has been registered on 27.03.2025 for the offence under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 351(2) of BNS against two persons. According to him, the investigation is in initial stage, they are yet to receive the wound certificate and based on the certificate they would proceed further. 4.This court has considered the submission of the learned Government Advocate.

5.The main contention of the petitioner is that the respondent police have failed to conduct investigation as against other persons, against whom he has lodged complaint. According to the learned Government Advocate, initially the complaint was lodged against two persons and later on he has lodged complaint as against some others also and they are yet to obtain the wound certificate. 6.In view of the above, the respondent police are directed to ascertain during the investigation as to the involvement of other persons mentioned by the petitioner in the commission offence and file the final report accordingly without any further delay. 7.This criminal original petition is disposed of in the above terms. 03.06.2025 NCC : Yes/No Internet:Yes DSK 3/5
