RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition (a) imposed in Crl.OP(MD) No.5739/2023 dt.28/3/2023 and to allow the petitioner to deposit the amount Rs.10,000/- before the trial court in the crime number instead of the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- directly to the defacto complainant as compensation and on production of proof/acknowledgement the learned Magistrate shall accept the sureties furnished by the petitioner.
Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PON KARTHIKEYAN R, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.SAKTHI KUMAR, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition (a) imposed upon the petitioner vide the order dated 28.03.2023 made in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.5739 of 2023 on the file of this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondent.
