ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to investigate and file charge sheet in Crime No.305 of 2011 pending on the file of the second respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the investigation has been completed and a final report has been filed before the learned Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vedasanthur, referring the case as mistake of fact and that the Court has also issued notice to the defacto complainant asking him to appear before the Court on 04.12.2018.
3.Taking note of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this criminal original petition stands closed.
