This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.179 of 2021, pending on the file of the first respondent police. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner's name i.e., Sathish Kumar @ Sathish, has been deleted from the final report, which has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Srivaikundam, on 19.07.2021. But, the same was not taken on file.
