ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to grant an order of exemption from paying the Court fee of Rs.9,273/- in CMA(MD).SR.No. 40274 of 2025.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the Court fee has already been paid. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
