The petitioner seeks for a direction to respondents, more particularly, to the first respondent to consider his representation, dated 23.11.2016, wherein and whereby he sought for inclusion of his name in the subject matter patta. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the said representation has not been considered so far. 3.This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the first respondent to consider and decide on merits. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of only with a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 23.11.2016 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to all the interested persons. Such exercise shall be done by the first respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
