This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant permission to petitioner to conduct Cultural Programmes on 29.05.2023 and 30.05.2023 in Arulmigu Pannankombu Sri Mariyamman Thirukovil, Pannapatti Village, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.B.Nambiselvan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the Peace Committee Meeting is scheduled to be held today.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, it is directed that the resolution to be adopted in the above said Peace Committee Meeting shall be complied by the parties. 2/4

5. With the above said direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No cost.
