Respondents/Respondents Prayer: This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the learned Sub Judge, Thirumangalam, to dispose of the appeal suit in A.S.No.82 of 2019 on the file of the Sub Court, Thirumangalam, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER

Aggrieved over the long pendency of the appeal suit in A.S.No.82 of 2019 on the file of the Sub Court, Thirumangalam, the petitioner has approached this Court for early disposal of above said appeal suit.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Since the case is for a limited relief of early disposal, no notice need be sent to the respondents.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the appellant in the appeal suit is 89 years old and he is not in good health condition and therefore, he seeks early disposal of the appeal suit in A.S.No.82 of 2019, pending on the file of the Sub Court, Thirumangalam.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the learned Sub Judge, Thirumangalam, to dispose of A.S.No.82 of 2019, pending on its file, on merits and in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
