This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to remove the petitioner's name from the History Sheet on the file of the second respondent police within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.E.Meenakshi Sundaram, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the writ petitioner's representation dated 09.05.2023 will be considered in the next meeting scheduled to be held in June 2023.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the first respondent is directed to consider the writ petitioner's representation dated 09.05.2023 and pass orders in accordance with law in the next meeting scheduled in the Month of June 2023.
