ORDER

The petitioner has come out with the present Writ Petition for issuing a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to survey the petitioner's land in Survey No.384/4-D and Old S.No.290/4 Pa in Patta No.315, situated at Irumpadi, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard Ms.A. Sowmiya, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. As per the earlier direction of this Court, dated 31.07.2017, the Thasildar, Vadipatti Taluk is present today. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the land of the

petitioner was surveyed on 05.08.2017 in the presence to the satisfaction of the petitioner.
