ORDER
The petitioners seek to quash the impugned F.I.R registered for the offences under Sections 294(b) and 506 (I) I.P.C and Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Charging Exorbitant Interest Act, 2003.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions would submit that the impugned F.I.R has been closed as "mistake of fact" and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.
