This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to give necessary police protection to the petitioner and the petitioner's family members based on the representations given by the petitioner, dated 28.07.2021 and 29.07.2021.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police conducted detailed enquiry and the same was closed on 25.01.2022.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
