ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition seeking a direction to the respondents to remove the TASMAC shop bearing No. 15024, situate at Karur - Trichy National Highways at Vaiyampatti Village, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 02.03.2026.

2.By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2/6

3.Mr.A.Kannan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the first respondent. Mr.S.Sivanesan, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the second respondent.

4.The petitioner has submitted a representation to the respondents on 02.03.2026 and filed this writ petition for a mandamus to consider his representation.

5.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submitted that the representation of the petitioner will be disposed of, within a time frame.

6. In view of the above, this Court, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, directs the respondents to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner dated 02.03.2026 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity 3/6

of personal hearing to the petitioner. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
