The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 118(1), 351(2) and 303(1) of BNS, 2023 in Crime No. Not Known of 2026 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that no case has been registered as on date as against the petitioner and hence, grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner does not arise. 3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
