For Respondent : Mr.P.Kottai Chamy, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. 432/2021 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A3, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) IPC, in Crime No.432 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.It is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that apart from this case, the petitioner has involved in three other cases of similar in nature namely 1) Crime No.167 of 2016 on the file of Karaikudi South Police Station for the offence under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 341 and 506(i) I.P.C, 2) Crime No.271 of 2016 on the file of the same police station for the offence under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) I.P.C and 3)Crime No.355 of 2018 on the file of the Karaikudi North Police Station for the offence under Sections 294(b), 323, 336, 506(i) I.P.C.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
